Welcome to H & D Cavies
My name is Heather and together with my mum Diane we have recently decided to go into breeding cavies, specifically Rex and Teddy. We live in Pudsey, just outside of Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Our house has always had quite a large menagerie of animals, which has not been helped with me working within an animal centre at Park Lane College, where I teach animal care/management and work as an animal technician within the animal centre there, so the odd animal tends to make its way home.
However it was not until we obtained a pair of male pet guinea pigs that we became besotted with them, so from just the two we now have built up a breeding stock of 30.
